In the event that you have a grievance with an athlete, Parent or Official at the club it must be submitted in writing to the Club Secretary in a timely manner.

Disputes involving competition and rules will be resolved by the clubs chief of officials deferring to LAVIC competition rules as adopted by the Traralgon Little Athletics Club.  Please ensure you are aware of the competition rules and if in doubt ask a committee member for clarification.

Any grievance brought to the club in writing will be thoroughly investigated and the outcome communicated to all parties.
